Project LyfeLee is a non profit organization founded November 2020, in honor of Roland Lee Mathis. Our organization focuses on increasing youth success by empowering youth to navigate life transitions with intention and purpose to create life goals. We specialize in self-affirmations and mindset building.

President
I am the founder and President of Project LyfeLee Inc. I was born and raised in Greenville, NC. I graduated from Elizabeth City State University with my Bachelor’s in Social Work. I continue my education to pursue my Master’s degree in Human Behavior Development from Capella University. I am a certified Life Coach approved by an ICF program. My purpose in life is to help others make a difference by looking at life from a positive perspective. Serving the community is my calling!

Secretary
I graduated from ECU in 2012 with a Social Work degree. I currently live in Williamston, NC where I have been my whole life. I love my home town and my goal is to bring some positive things back into play. I am a Retail store manager, but I look for every opportunity I can to use the things I learned in school. I am interested in working with this organization soley because children need all the support they can get. I am a firm believer of the saying "The children are our future."

Vice-President
I am a native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. My own ability to defy the odds and resist the negative influences is what has led me to my life of advocacy and Youth Empowerment. I am a special education teacher with over 9 years of experience in the classroom and over 16 years of experience advocating for youth and vulnerable populations. My passion for advocacy and empowerment is driven by my own "up-from-the-gutter" story of success.

Financial Officer
I am an undergraduate from North Carolina State University with a b.s. degree in accounting and MBA graduate from UNC Pembroke. I have seen the younger generation grow into a more difficult and challenging manner and I feel that a little more positive interactions can change this manner. Seeing people in a higher, positive light can guide and inspire younger people.

I graduated from Edgecombe Community College with my AS in Office Administration, North Carolina Wesleyan College with my BS in Organizational Administration with a concentration in Leadership and a minor in Human Resources. I also received my Masters in Business Administration from North Carolina Wesleyan. I would like to give back to the community and work with the youth to help them understand and prepare for the real world. The youth need guidance in areas they may lack. I will show them how important it is to get their education and how it will help them as they transition into becoming a young adult.
Life Coaching Testimony:
”Alicia's coaching skills are impeccable, she asked me questions that allowed me to dig deep within myself, realized things that have been holding me back from achieving my goals and gave me tools to tackle my limiting beliefs. She held the space for me and made me feel safe and listened to throughout the coaching session. I definitely recommend that anyone who wants to feel self empowered to reach out to Alicia."
